RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Trikko must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
For both Exchanges and Returns, customer is the responsible of paying all shipping costs.
To make a change or refund please send an email to help@trikkobrand.com with your order number and it will be answered quickly.
We recommend that customers outside EU who have doubts about the size, do not hesitate to ask us (help@trikkobrand.com) so that they do not have size problems once they receive the product.
MONTHLY DROPS & SALES POLICY
This only applies to our monthly drops and items on sale.
We only accept size exchanges (in case we have the requested size in stock), or a refund on STORE CREDIT.
We do not offer money refunds on drop orders, and in both cases the customer is responsible of paying the shipping costs.
THIS IS DUE TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL, WHERE WE OPERATE WITH CLOSED SITE AND ONE TIME DROP WITH NO RESTOCKS.
IF A PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US, CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED AGAIN.
